How it works
Studying for the MCAT does not get easier than this.
You get your own AI tutor.
Yours, not shared — the same tutor in every session, so it knows how you work by the third. It teaches concepts, passages, practice and full-lengths, and answers by talking through voice. CLIVEA is only where it lives.
It watches you work.
No spreadsheet afterwards. Your tutor observes you. What you said and on which question, what you picked, how long you took, and what you skipped gets logged while you are in session.
It hands you the read.
By the time you close the session, your tutor has read it against every session before it — and written what it thinks, your accuracy, your question log, and the one thing to do next.
Your AI tutor’s job is to give you a clear direction.
After each session, it combines that session with every session you have had on CLIVEA, just to make sure you study right.
Before you ask — let us answer.
- What is CLIVEA, exactly?
- It is where you study, with a tutor already in the session with you. You work through concepts, passages, practice and full-lengths, and talk through whatever does not land. When you close the session, the analysis is already written — what happened, what it means alongside everything you have done before, and the one thing to do next.
- How is this different from asking ChatGPT?
- A chatbot only sees the message you just sent it. Your tutor was in the session — it followed every answer, every pause, every change of mind — and it has been in every session before this one. So it is not explaining a question to you, it is explaining it to someone whose habits it has been watching for weeks.
- Do I study inside CLIVEA, or does it read what I do elsewhere?
- Inside. Concepts, passages, practice questions and full-lengths all live here, every section included. That is the point: because your tutor is in the session rather than reading a summary afterwards, it sees how you got to an answer and not just which one you picked.
- Do I have to keep an error log?
- No. That is the job your tutor takes off you. There is no spreadsheet to maintain and nothing to fill in afterwards — the log writes itself while you work, which is the only reason it is still accurate in week nine.
- How does it know what I should study next?
- Your tutor reads today's session against every session before it. One bad passage tells you very little; the same reasoning error showing up in weeks one, four and seven tells you exactly what to fix. Your next move comes from the pattern, not from the last question you got wrong.
- Do I have to talk out loud?
- Yes — speaking is how you work with your tutor. It is also doing more than you would expect: being made to explain your reasoning out loud is where most people discover they knew the concept but could not apply it. That moment is exactly what gets caught and logged.
- Will it work if I am just starting — or if I am already deep into prep?
- Both, differently. Starting now means nothing about your early months is wasted, because the log builds from your first session. Coming in mid-prep means the picture takes a few sessions to fill out, and until it does you will get honest observations rather than confident conclusions.
- Does this replace AAMC materials?
- No, and you should not want it to. AAMC writes the real exam, so their practice is the last word on how close you are. CLIVEA is the months before that — the stretch where the habits behind your misses can still change.
- What does it cost?
- Joining the list costs nothing and does not ask for a card. Founding pricing goes to the list first, before it is public, and you will see it before you are ever asked to decide.
- What am I signing up for right now?
- A name, an email and your test date — that is the whole form. No card, no account to set up. The test date is not a formality: invitations go out by exam date, so the people sitting soonest hear first.
- Who actually sees my sessions?
- Your tutor does — and that part is unavoidable, because it is an AI, and your analysis is made out of your sessions. What it is not: your record is never sold, never handed to schools or admissions committees, and never used to advertise to you. You can delete everything whenever you want.
- Who is building this?
- One student who could not find this and built it. It started the night before an exam, with a problem no amount of rereading, asking or AI could name.
Never maintain another spreadsheet.
